We are pleased to offer you the "try before you buy" service to make your shopping experience at Nénés Paris even more enjoyable! This service allows you to order your items, try them on for free at home and only pay for the items you decide to keep. This service is valid for delivery in France only.
How does it work?

1. Choose your items
Select the items you would like to receive up to a maximum basket value of €400.

2. Select Elyn
Select "Elyn - Try before you buy" at the checkout stage. You'll be asked for your bank details, but you won't be charged!

3. Five days to try
Enjoy 5 days after receiving your items to try them on at home and select the ones you like best.
Don't worry, you'll receive an email and text message to guide you through each step. Make sure you keep the packaging of your items and try them on with your underwear on!

4. Keep the items that you desire
In the event of a return, we'll provide you with a pre-paid returns slip and you'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep! However, it's important that you use it sensibly and responsibly, so that you can continue to be a bomb without blowing up the planet!

Try before you buy: how does it works?
The "try before you buy" service allows you to order your items, try them on for free at home and only pay for those you decide to keep.
1. To take advantage of this service, simply select Elyn at checkout.
2. You will receive your order without being charged.
3. After receiving your order, you will have a 5-day trial period to try on the items at home.
4. At the end of your trial period, you will only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
5. You then have 3 working days to send back the items you wish to return.
How do I pay for my order?
In order to finalise your order, you will need to fill in your payment details, but you will not be debited.
Your bank account will be debited when your 5-day trial period expires or when you indicate the items you wish to keep.
For security reasons, Elyn submits a pre-authorisation request to your bank in order to verify your payment details.
Your payment details are perfectly secure and subject to 3D Secure by the payment service provider Stripe.
Which orders are eligible?
To benefit from the "try before you buy" service, the total amount of your order must be less than €400 with a delivery address in mainland France. Only Visa, Mastercard and Bank cards issued in France are accepted.
Prepaid, virtual, systematic authorisation (e.g. Maestro, Electron or Revolut) and American Express cards are not accepted to benefit from the "try before you buy" service.
Gift vouchers are not compatible with the "try before you buy" service.
How does my trial work ?
Your trial period begins the day after you receive your order, after which you have 5 calendar days to try on your items at home and choose what you wish to keep and return.
Before your trial period expires, you can access the returns interface to enter the items you wish to return.
If there is no news from you by the end of your trial period, we will assume that you wish to keep all the items you have ordered and you will be debited the full amount of your order.
This service allows you to try on your items as if you were in a fitting room in a shop.
Do not tear off the label, and above all do not wear the items during the day.
Any item returned damaged or soiled will be refused and you will be charged.
How can I return an item?
To make a return, simply log on to the returns interface at https://return.elyn.io/nenes using your order number and email address.
Select the items you wish to return and confirm your return.
You'll receive an email containing your returns label, and you'll have 3 working days to drop your parcel off at the Post Office.
If you don't return the parcel within the time limit, you'll be debited for the cost of the items to be returned.
Of course, all items returned must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you, i.e. as new!
Any item returned damaged or soiled will not be taken back. You will be charged for this item and it will be returned at your expense.
