As soon as you place your order, we do everything we can to prepare it as quickly as possible from our warehouse in Orléans! All orders are prepared the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will find below a summary of shipping costs for the United Kingdom according to the amount of your purchase, as well as an estimated delivery time. These conditions do not apply in the case of free delivery or special offers.
UNITED KINGDOM:
- Standard home delivery (Chronopost): £8
- Free for orders over £200
- 3 to 6 working days

Custom fees:
Nénés Paris will cover customs charges that may apply to your order, but only for the first delivery.
Please note that for returned orders, you will be responsible for any customs charges.
Returns and exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are possible within 20 days of receipt, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn, labelled and correctly folded!
You can request a refund or exchange here.
For refund and exchange requests, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
