As soon as you place your order, our logistics partner does everything possible to prepare it as quickly as possible from its Bordeaux warehouse! All orders are prepared the next day (excluding weekends).

You will find below a summary of shipping costs for Switzerland according to the amount of your purchase, as well as an estimated delivery time. These conditions do not apply in the case of free delivery or special offers.
SWITZERLAND:
- Home delivery (Colissimo): 11.90CHF
- Free for orders over 150CHF
- 3 to 6 working days

Custom fees:
For deliveries to Switzerland, customs charges may be applied to your order from a purchase of approximately €62.
Nénés Paris does not cover customs charges which may be applied to your order. Please note that for returned orders, please declare the parcel as "returned goods" to avoid customs charges.
Returns and exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are possible within 20 days of receipt of your order, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn, labelled and correctly folded!
You can request a refund or exchange here.
Exchanges are free in France and the EU. For refund requests, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
