Because consuming well and better also means taking care of your clothes or giving them a second life , we are proud to be committed to this and to support our customers before, during and after their purchase.

1. Timeless and pampered products

It all starts during the creation process. At Nénés: no place for fast fashion and trends that only show up for a while. Our team imagines collections that last .

They are timeless and accompany you year after year without ever getting tired of them! We choose laces, colors and cuts that adapt to all styles and desires.

Also, they are produced in small quantities , and almost never re-assorted. If you love them, you should adopt them!

Adopt guppy friends

As for washing bags, we recommend the Guppy Friends : an ecological washing bag.

What it is? During washing, your clothes and underwear made of synthetic fibers (recycled or not) release polluting micro-plastics which are mixed with the water in your machine. They are neither filtered by the machine nor by the treatment plants. These micro-plastics therefore end up in rivers and oceans, once again increasing their pollution.

Thanks to Guppy Friends these micro-particles are retained. After washing, simply remove them from the bag and throw them into your household trash. And, that’s it!

And what's more, the Guppy Friends is big enough that you can slip all your clothes inside, even those that aren't synthetic!

2. Our repair service

New action at Nénés: repair. To extend the life of your Nénés parts, and prevent you from throwing them away if they are damaged, we offer a free repair service. 2 years after your purchase, and then available with a payment.

For this, we work alongside Abracadabra Upcycling , a young brand of upcycled bras.

A true expert in lingerie repair, Abracadabra helps us patch up your damaged pieces and give them a makeover : hole in the lace, unstitched underwire or even a twisted strap. Your pieces pass into the hands of the Abracadabra seamstresses and come back as new!

If you need this service, you can make a request via our contact form , with photos of the product and your order number. After Nénés and Abracadabra Upcycling have assessed the reparability of the product, we will come back to you to tell you what can be done.

Is there a charge for my repair?

Repair is free within 2 years after purchase. It is still possible afterwards but requires payment!

How much will the repair cost me?

If your purchase is less than 2 years old, you will only have to pay the shipping costs of your product. The repair is covered.

The steps if my purchase is more than 2 years old

All you have to do is contact us via this form to inform us of your wish to repair your Nénés product!

After inspection on our part and validation of repairability with our partner workshop, a payment link will be sent to you to pay the repair costs. You can then send your product to the following address:

Don't forget to note the tracking number so you can track your shipment!

How long does it take to repair a product?

Unfortunately we cannot precisely estimate the repair time because it depends on the workload of our partner workshop, Abracadabra Upcycling. We expect approximately 3 weeks.

But we will let you know as soon as the repair is completed.

How will my product be returned to me?

Once the repair is complete, we will take care of returning your product to your original delivery address! You will receive an email from us to inform you of this with an associated tracking number.

If your delivery address has changed, please inform us as soon as possible.

    To extend the life of our products, we are proud to launch our second-hand program. A big step towards circularity !

    The Nénés products that you are tired of will be given a second life .

    You can now return them to us in exchange for a Nénés voucher . The pieces will then be offered second hand on our site.

How does the resale of my Nénés product work?

1 - You can fill out this questionnaire to give us all the information about your Nénés product!

2 - We will then come back to you to give you an estimate of the voucher that you will receive.

3 - If the offer suits you, you can drop off your product in suitable packaging at the Post Office with our prepaid shipping label.

4 - If the item complies with the information provided, you will receive a voucher by email that you can use on the site or in store for 1 year!

5 - After washing the product, we put it on sale on the site in the “Second hand” category

Under what conditions do you take back a product?

We take back all Nénés brand products within 3 years of purchase!

The products must be clean, in very good condition , that is to say without any signs of wear. New products with or without labels are also accepted!

The product must bear the Nénés brand name.

For reasons of organization and cost, we take back products for customers located in France only.

How is the delivery of my repaired product?

The repaired product will be returned to you free of charge.

However, we reserve the right to refuse to take back a product if the delivery costs are too high.

When will I receive my voucher?

We will send you the voucher once the product is received and inspected ! The amount of this voucher will be communicated to you before sending the product.

Please note, if when we receive the product, it is in a condition that does not correspond to your description, the purchase voucher may be re-evaluated or the product refused!

How can I use my voucher?

The voucher is valid for 1 year after its delivery! It can be used for all products on the site (even second-hand ones) and also in store!

What happens if my product is rejected?

Your product may be refused if it does not match the initial product description and does not meet the return conditions. In this case, it will be donated to an association.

How do you calculate the voucher amount?

The voucher is calculated based on the original price of the product and the condition in which it is found.
