As soon as you place your order, our logistics partner does everything possible to prepare it as quickly as possible from its Bordeaux warehouse! All orders placed before 11am are prepared the same day, the others are prepared the following day (excluding weekends).
Prices and delivery times :
You will find below a summary of shipping costs by country according to the amount of your purchase, as well as an estimated delivery time. These conditions do not apply in the case of free delivery or special offers.
UNITED STATES :
- Express home delivery (DHL): $15 and free for orders over $200 - 7 working days.
- Orders over $800 will be cancelled to avoid customs fees
CANADA :
- Express home delivery (DHL): USD $25,90 and free for orders over USD $250 - 7 working days.

Custom fees:
For deliveries to the United States, customs charges may be applied to your order from a minimum purchase of USD $800.
For deliveries to Canada, customs charges may be applied to your order from a minimum purchase of CA $800 (USD $600).
Nénés Paris does not cover customs charges which may be applied to your order. Please note that for returned orders, please declare the parcel as "returned goods" to avoid customs charges.
Returns and exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are possible within 20 days of receipt of your order, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn, labelled and correctly folded!

You are responsible for sending an exchange or return parcel. For an exchange, re-delivery costs are free.
