Thanks to our clients and to our community, we have been able to grow and develop collections that are each more beautiful than the last. Today, we still have a head full of ideas and projects.

Equity crowdfunding allows individuals to finance a project via an online platform. It also allows you to invest your savings in a project that makes sense.
If you choose to invest with us, you will have to go through the Crowdcube platform (which secures the transaction) and you will become a Nénés investor.
In practical terms, this means that you will own a share of the company's property, or equity.
But that's not all: you can take advantage of rewards ranging from a €20 discount, going through a free knit, to a diner with the founders.
You can look forward to a potential return on your investment through dividends or when we sell the business.

This pre-registration will allow you to have an early access to the campaign. We will keep you posted on the date.

As promised, we are opening the doors of our campaign to you before anyone else! You can now pay the amount you wish to invest. It is an open one, starting from €50.

Why Crowdcube?
We choose Crowdcube because they are the European leader, a very serious actor for this type of operations, with thousands of positive opinions, and billions invested. Also because we've exchanged a lot with them.
And finally, because we know that without them it would have been impossible to start the investment at €50. And it was important for us that anyone who wanted to join the adventure and support our mission should be able to do so.
Why does Nénés need money?
Nénés started with a crowdfunding in 2018 to finance its first bras.
From this moment, few collections have followed and especially our first swimwear collection. Following this, we have brought experienced investors into our capital.
Thanks to this funding, we have accomplished a lot of great things: from the development of collections, to the recruitment of an amazing team and to the redesign of a brand new website.
Today, given the enthusiasm of our community and to the success of our past collections, we are convince that we can go even further and promote even more an eco-responsible fashion.
Thanks to the money of the new fundraising we are looking to:
- extend our physical presence with our first shop in Lille, pop-up store in Lyon, Bordeaux, and finally, the wish of a shop in Paris
- launch a new range of products next Winter
- continue to grow our community and to increase our international presence to steal some market share to the fast-fashion giants.
At the time of the investment, you will have access to numbered elements verified by Crowdcube that will allow you to investigate a bit more and to make up your mind.
When can I expect a return on my investment?
It can take up some time and it can even not work.
For this investment to pay off, there are two possible scenarios:
- Nénés makes lots of money and pays out to its shareholders ("dividends")
- Nénés is bought out by another company at a higher price.
If we run out of money or Nénés is bought back at a lower value, you risk losing some or all of your money.
It is therefore important that you invest a small part of your savings that you could do without.
I am going to receive dividends each year?
To be able to pay dividends to our shareholders, we will have to make a lot of profit.
It is our main objective and what we want to achieve. Nonetheless, this might take some times. We have and we will always make the choice or a durable production and reasoned distribution, and therefore of reasoned, slower growth.
How much can I invest? Is there a minimum?
The minimum amount is set at €50.
Investments of this type are risky. We therefore advise you to invest a small part of your savings, which you can easily do without.
You need to be able to say to yourself that if it doesn't work, it's no big deal. And if it does work, that'll be great news!
Is it a risky investment?
Yes, this placement stays a bit risky because there is not guarantee of success. It is a bet to make, and a nice way of supporting us!
Again, we are advising you to invest an amount that does not seem too important to you, which you can easily do without.
Investment in this type of company involves especially an important risk of partial or total loss of capital as well as a risk of liquidity.
Will I always be aware of how much my shares are worth?
Sadly, no.
It's quite complicated to value a young, fast-growing company in real time.
You will need to wait for a new fundraising to have an update on the valuation.
