I HAVE NOT CREATED AN ACCOUNT BEFORE, ARE MY OLD ORDERS COUNTED?
All orders placed before the loyalty program was implemented are counted even if you had not created a customer account. You just need to have placed the order from the same email address.
HOW TO EARN POINTS?
Each euro spent, in store or on the site, gives you 1 point as long as you correctly enter the email address linked to the customer account when ordering or checking out.
WHERE CAN I CHECK MY AVAILABLE POINTS?
You can check your available points directly in your customer area, loyalty tab.
DO ALL MY PURCHASES EARN ME POINTS?
All purchases made in store or on the site earn you points at the rate of 1 point per 1 euro spent. All you need to do is specify the email address linked to your customer account. However, purchases made with a gift card do not earn points. Purchases made from our reseller partners do not earn points either.
MY PURCHASE DOESN'T APPEAR ON MY POINTS BALANCE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First of all, check in your customer area, “My orders” tab that your purchase made in store or on the site appears correctly.
If it appears in your order history, check that your purchase is more than 14 days old. If not, that's normal: your points are “pending” until this period has passed.
If it does not appear in your order history, you did not place an order on the site or make your purchase in store using the correct email address... Contact our customer service so that we can adjust your points.
HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED THAT I AM ENTITLED TO A BENEFIT?
You will be notified by email. We will then tell you how to benefit from the advantage.
CAN POINTS EXPIRE?
No, the points accumulated are valid for life.
