As soon as you place your order, our logistics partner does everything possible to prepare it as quickly as possible from its Bordeaux warehouse! All orders placed before 11am are prepared the same day, the others are prepared the following day (excluding weekends).

You will find below a summary of shipping costs in Germany according to the amount of your purchase, as well as an estimated delivery time. These conditions do not apply in the case of special offers.
GERMANY:
- Pick up point (Mondial Relay) : 5.90€ - 5 to 8 working days
- Standard home delivery (Colissimo): €10.90 - 2 to 4 working days

Returns and exchanges:
For your Christmas gifts, returns and exchanges are possible until 10 January.
Otherwise, returns and exchanges are possible within 20 days of receipt of your order, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, unwashed, unworn, labelled and correctly folded!

Exchanges are free in France and the EU. For refund requests, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
